The latest development to come out of PRAM Labs is a new ventilation monitoring solution in collaboration with Sellafield Ltd. Using technology initially created for environmental monitoring in other sectors, PRAM will develop an IoT device that integrates radar, temperature, and humidity sensors, along with a microphone. This device will employ a unique approach to address the need for long-term sensors that can remotely monitor the condition of air ducts and detect signs of duct degradation or corrosion in challenging environments such as nuclear facilities.
